About Lonicera pyrenaica
Lonicera pyrenaica belongs to the honeysuckle family (Caprifoliaceae) and, as the name says, is native to the Pyrenees. It is a low shrub with small leaves. The flowers grow in pairs, are pale in color and are followed by red berries.
In a garden it suits a rock garden or low border in a sunny spot with well-drained soil. It comes from mountain country and dislikes wet ground.
