Malcolmia flexuosa, also known as flexible Malcolmia, is an elegant biennial plant from the Balkans and Syrian mountain regions. This charming plant grows to about 30-40 centimeters and produces beautiful pink to purple flowers in spikes that bloom from April to June. It is a perfect choice for dry, sunny locations, Mediterranean gardens and landscape plantings in small areas.
Appearance and bloom
The plant forms compact, upright growth with fine, delicate gray-green foliage that remains persistent. The flowers are small, about 1 centimeter in diameter, and arranged in dense flower spikes that can be pink, purple or sometimes white. They appear in April and May and bloom gently into June. Ideal location
