1. Services

GardenWorld offers automatically generated garden designs based on photos and preferences you provide. Our designs are suggestions and do not constitute professional landscape architecture advice.

2. Credits and payment

Services are charged via a credit system. Credits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payments are processed via Stripe.

3. Intellectual property

Material you upload remains your property. Generated designs may be freely used by you for personal use. The platform, source code and models used remain the property of GardenWorld.

4. Liability

GardenWorld is not liable for damage resulting from the use of generated designs. The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific results or availability.

5. Account termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts in case of misuse of the service. Unused credits expire upon account termination.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This right of withdrawal expires once the digital content has been delivered (the design has been generated) and you have expressly consented to the performance of the service. For purchased credits that have not yet been used, you may request a refund within 14 days via hello@gardenworld.app.

7. Fair Use Policy

To ensure quality service for all users, a limit of 5 designs per day applies. This limit is lifted with unlimited access. The administrator may adjust limits per user.

8. Complaints procedure

Not satisfied with our service? Please contact us at hello@gardenworld.app. We aim to resolve your complaint within 14 working days. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may submit your complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
